Question: 3000GT VR4 Information Needed.?

Posted: 23 Nov 2016 10:58 AM PST

IMPORTANT INFORMATION, PLEASE READ. NO NEED TO BE RUDE SO PLEASE DON T.

I m going to enumerate my questions/facts below so if I am wrong on any of the facts, or you have an answer for the questions, you can respond with the number:

1. 3000GT VR4 1994+ has more hp than previous years.

2. It is my believe that the closer to 0 miles on an engine, in general the more life you should be able to get out of the engine.

3. Is rebuilding an engine the same as 0 miles engine? if not, what exactly is the difference. The reason why I ask this question is because I love the 3000GT VR4 but I don t like the fact that most of them out there have a lot of miles and the ones that have low miles are extremely expensive so if rebuilding the engine would be cheaper and the same as having a low miles engine I would obviously prefer to buy a crappy cheap VR4 and make it a project to make it a fast car with a good lifetime.

Note: I currently own a 2012 Mustang V6 (Paid off) and is a very good car as well as pretty fast, but sometimes I think of selling it, getting a cheap sedan daily driver and buy a cheap project car that I can make my 500-600whp (estimate) for fun on the weekends whether is on the streets for casual pulls or to take it to the track. I though of the 3000GT VR4 for the second, however, I don t know how expensive would it be to achieve what I want to achieve. Please see a list of cars I like to consider for the project

Question: Hello expert car registration people, if I plan not to use my car and file for PNO and pay for the appropriate fee, do I still need to pay?
