Do Truck Drivers RSVP just do their best to irritated other Drivers when they've been driving all day?

Yeah, I know driving such a big vehicle can get tiresome. But they just do some of the most irritating things sometimes. Earlier, and this seems to happen a lot of the time when I drive on the interstate for a bit. I will be behind a big truck but slowly catching up with them. Then I might decide to go ahead & pass them. So I speed up and get in the left lane. As I'm halfway through passing them, they suddenly decide to speed up to match my speed after they had been steadily cruising at a slower speed. So there I look like the dumb driver blocking traffic in the fast lane going no faster than the guy beside me if I don't speed up even more. I speed up more and after passing the truck I get back over. But they then decide to slow back down.

You may pass on most two-lane highways unless it is otherwise posted. That there was no lines on the road or signs telling you otherwise means it was okay to pass on the left if it was safe.

Some people just like to get pissy is all.
