Question: I was involved in an accident but I was not the driver? Posted: 23 Nov 2016 09:37 AM PST You have violated several laws governing teen driving regulations and hit-and -run. The California Vehicle Code for Hit and Run Causing Property Damage (CVC 20002) but no injury is a misdemeanor. If you are found in violation of CVC 20002, you face a hit and run punishment of up to six months in jail and / or a fine of $1,000 dollars. Since you are under 20 you face additional penalties for violating teen driver restrictions. You will probably have your license suspended or revoked, you will be fined an additional amount, and you will accrue significant points on your license that won't go away any time soon. If you do not report this to the police and your insurance company and come clean about the whole thing, you will probably get maximum penalties. If I were you I'd contact an accident lawyer ASAP. Can you spell dumbass? EPIC FAIL p.s. it's spelled "license". Another FAIL. |
Question: How can I get a driving license in USA? Posted: 23 Nov 2016 06:20 AM PST Are you moving to the USA? If so google the state name and add "teen drivers license" and you'll find links to the state DMV or BMV (department or bureau of motor vehicles, not all use the same term) website, and the information will be there. Once you establish residency you can start the process in place in your state. If you aren't planning to move to the USA forget it - no state will give you a permit or license unless you are a resident. |
