Win what? An acceleration race? A distance race? Around a race track?

Also, once you start modifying a vehicle, all bets are off because it makes a difference what components were used and if the parts were modified/replaced correctly. A modified vehicle may actually be slower than stock if the work was done incorrectly or the wrong parts were used.
