It doesn't really matter. By the time you are old enough and fully qualified to be hired by the company, the salaries will change. That's if the company is still around by then.

Assuming I've earned a commission and pilot slot in the Usaf, is there a process or any special training to go through to be accepted by the SOLL II squadrons? How do you apply for that position? In average, how many flight hours do SOLL pilots get every month?

A "Masters in Aviation" is a total waste of time and money, and WILL NOT get you into the US Air Force as a pilot. I suggest you think about getting a REAL education that can be used to earn a living when something happens that you CAN'T work as a pilot.
