how am I paying for this car with my loan?

I'm going to a dealership tomorrow to try and get a truck I the state of connecticut with a pre-approved auto loan.
They didn't pre approve the auto loan until after the building u could pick up the loan check at was closed. I called navy federal and they said that the dealership can fax the bill of sale to navy federal.
How long does that take, and what would I need to do after that? Am I going to be able to drive the truck off the lot that day?

I'm 16 and I'm looking for an SUV. I need 4WD for the snow. It will be going to college with me so I want decent cargo capacity. I currently drive my mom's Escape and I have driven bigger SUVs so I know how to handle it. Here's what I'm interested in.

Which one should I get?

you have to sign as the paperwork of the property as you own.
hence as you do not say, as where it is, you must visit, as and when your son is buying
as hence you sign away the title, not he as not the owner.
