Question: Minor car accident - no damage, no injuries details exchanged but no insurance details? Posted: 11 Sep 2015 08:01 AM PDT Whilst on my way to work this morning I came of the motorway and came to a halt at the slip road. I was second in line to enter the roundabout off the slip road and was slowly edging forward holding my bite point when I lifted my foot of the clutch too quickly and my car jolted forward bumping the guy in front of me who was just about to exit the roundabout. I turned my car back on as I d stalled it and we both pulled up on the other side of the roundabout to inspect the damage. He got out first then I did and I apologised and asked if he was okay and he said yes he s fine and I said so was I. We both had a look at our cars and I must have only been doing around 5mph (like I said I was holding my bite point) and there was no damage whatsoever, no bumps, cracks, traded paint nothing. He said he still might get the car checked out and asked for my details and I said I d rather not go through insurance if that s okay and he said that s fine so we swapped names addresses and contact numbers and I took photographs of where both cars had bumped just to cover my own *** incase he tried lying about damages. Only thing is know I m terrified if he tries claiming for whiplash in the future. He said he was fine and had no injuries and seemed like a genuine guy but I m worried incase he wants so quick and easy cash. But surely if he was to try they d realise it was a fraudulent claim? Any advice? |
Question: Texas hardship license for School? Posted: 11 Sep 2015 07:50 AM PDT It takes more than an inconvenience to qualify for hardship. Get a ride from a neighbor, your parents, siblings; ride a bike, walk. There are plenty of options. It takes a death in the family, sick relative who lives with you, and much more. It requires certification from your principle, and more to qualify. |
