Posted: 04 Sep 2015 09:43 PM PDT sounds like youre overthinking it its not uncommon for a driver to signal to another driver to go first for a variety of reasons perhaps someone should develop an international code for such messages so that all know what the other is saying certainly, Ive been known to flash my lights when I want the other driver to go first so I may be biased in my interpretation as to his acts after ... perhaps he was irritated by the amount of time you took to act |

Question: Very MINOR car accident? Posted: 04 Sep 2015 05:41 PM PDT Today on my way home I got into a very light fender bender. I live in NYC where four way and two way stop sign intersections are common. (I am going to describe this the best I can) As I was driving between the side streets I approached an intersection that has cars stop at a stop sign on the right side of the street (a one way, going north bound) while the road I was on is a two way street with no stop signs. So as I was approaching the intersection, this guy blew the stop sign and with little time to react, I ran into his driver side tire. There is very little damage to both of our cars but he wanted to file a police report, so I said sure whatever let s get this over with. Police came told my story and after a couple of minutes I we were free to go. What my question is, is who is at fault? Me or him? I don t know what he told the police, nor does he. I know I have the right of way, but the way he was acting says otherwise. Please help, this is my first and hopefully last car accident. |
Question: Accidentally Scratched A Car While Driving..? Posted: 04 Sep 2015 02:46 PM PDT I was going to switch lanes, checked and as I started pulling into a lane, a red car drove past. I stopped as it came. I guess I didn't check my blind spot well enough. I got home and checked my car, the only sign of anything is a small red dot like scratch on the side of my rear view mirror. Like you can't notice it unless you look for it. What should I do? I don't even know of the other car was damaged, I didn't see anything as it drove by... |
Question: Was it my fault like my husband says? Posted: 04 Sep 2015 12:37 PM PDT You married him, right? Okay, now that that's out of the way. For all YOU and I know he could have a head injury. If this is his normal behavior, why did you marry him and why are you with him? |
