I live in NYC where four way and two way stop sign intersections are common. (I am going to describe this the best I can) As I was driving between the side streets I approached an intersection that has cars stop at a stop sign on the right side of the street (a one way, going north bound) while the road I was on is a two way street with no stop signs. So as I was approaching the intersection, this guy blew the stop sign and with little time to react, I ran into his driver side tire.<br/>There is very little damage to both of our cars but he wanted to file a police report, so I said sure whatever let s get this over with. Police came told my story and after a couple of minutes I we were free to go.<p>What my question is, is who is at fault? Me or him? I don t know what he told the police, nor does he.
