Since she didnt have the funds to pay for it, she persuaded the dealer to sell the motorcycle to her on creddit. The dealer accepted since Helen had said that she was 22 and showed the dealer an i.d. that falsely stated her age as 22. A few days later, Helden damaged the motorcycle and returned it to the dealer. She stated that she disaffirmed the contract because she was a minor.
