and looses air, that could be from a hole in the tire or the valve could have a leak. next thing to do is to find out where the air-pressure is leaking, for that first pump up the front tire to a normal level, then put the front tire as it is on the bike into a little plastic tub with clear water and turn the wheel till there are bubbles visible on the tire in the clear water, that will be the place where the air is leaking, to locate the problem exactly.<p>if the bubbles come from the valve, then maybe the valve simply needs to be tightened more but with some valves that doesnt help and they need a replacement. because its a new tire, there should be warranty on it and the shop should replace it without further cost,<br/>same if the air comes from the side wall of the tire, then it cant be that he drove over a nail or some glas splinter etc. making a hole in the tire, that wouldnt be then his fault.<br/>different is when the air bubbles come from the tread, then they can say he
