If you don't have winter tires on your vehicle, do yourself and everyone else a favour and stay home.

Otherwise, drive slow, don't follow too close, anticipate animals jumping out with little warning, and don't make any sudden or jerky movements of the wheel or pedals. Check road reports and don't go if there is black ice or heavy snowfall.

Caught between to cars flashing their lights at night in rough area... What does this mean?

Last night I was driving home with my friend at 3:45 am, and we had to drive through the rough area of town.
As I came through an interaction, I was met by a black car weirdly just stop stopped in the middle of the road. It was pulled up beside an empty white car that was parallel parked on the side of the road. The black car stopped in the middle of the road put on his flashers. So, I veered left and drove around it, only to find a white car about 300ft down the stopped in the middle of the road on the opposite side (facing the black car) flashing it s lights. They could obviously see each other and something was obviously going on.
I got this awful, eerie feeling a drove between them and sped off as soon as I got out of their path.
Can anyone tell me what was going on?
