| Question: How does selling Salvage Cars Work? Posted: 23 Oct 2015 06:41 PM PDT You aren't a licensed rebuilder. And a prior salvage reduces the resale by 35% or so. Plus the state has to come out & inspect it before issuing the title and that's not free. You cant make $2000 six times a year. As far as title jumping, its not going to be possible. |

| Question: Selling a car to dealer different than price buyer? Posted: 23 Oct 2015 04:55 PM PDT CarMax makes cash offers unrelated to you buying a different car from them. Other dealers will too if you are serious about selling and its wholesale value. If you go to 4-5 dealers and tell them all that you will sell to the high bidder that day, maybe you will get a few offers. Its best to focus on dealers that sell your kind of car. |
