Will be slower than my Vespa 150 on the Interstate. For $1800 you can find a used excellent running Japanese dual-sport that will be faster and more reliable.<p>You can register it in Kalifornia by:<br/>1. Move to AZ. Register in AZ and ride it for 7,500 miles. Move back to CA. (You will have to lose your CA driver's license, get your AZ license, get a new CA license after you move back to CA.)<br/>2. Buy the above far better motorcycle. Ride to Mesa AZ. Destroy the motorcycle.
