Question: Right on red doesn't apply if there is a right turn signal light, correct? Posted: 30 Oct 2015 04:05 AM PDT You are not quite right. A red light means stop AND yield the right of way. If right turn on red is legal and there are no signs saying you cannot turn right on red, then you can proceed after stopping AND when it is safe to do so even if the right turn light is still red. |
