Question: Technics to deal with turbulence during flight training. basically i don't want to get sick during lessons.?

I hate to say this to you, but turbulence never bothered me -
Think of them as bumpy roads, and poor road repairs or maintenance -
Where are your tax dollars going to repair the asphalt...?

I used to fly passengers, and I am sorry for them as many are scared about turbulence -
They think the airplane "will fall" -
Sorry to spill your Coca Cola, spilling drinks happened to me many times -
Two or three times, I had to change my wet uniform slacks, for blue jeans...!
Or Suzy, the flight attendant, came to the cockpit to admire my hairy legs...!

Get sick...?
It is actually that you are nervous and/or with some form of fear -

Many people think avoiding to eat before a flight is the solution - WRONG -
In the Air Force we were told not to have an empty stomach for training -
Nor having a heavy meal - The two extremes can be bad -
Just a couple of bread toasts and a cup of coffee or tea...
Your stomach will be fine -

Question: Books about planes and flying?

There are dozens of books published about pilot training -
The first question is in which country do you live -
There are books and manuals available specifically for pilot training in various countries -
American publications are rather popular all over the world -

Then the next question would be about your ultimate goal -
Do you want to learn to fly just for fun (as a hobby) or professionally...?

Everyone starts with about the same type of publications -
Call it "Private Pilot Training" manual -

There are FAA training publications from USA available for free on the internet -
Or you can buy the printed edition in aviation schools -

Question: Should pilots be allowed to lock themselves in the cockpit?
