Help! I bought this used 2004 Honda civic hybrid with CVT transmission and 72,000 miles on it. It is in great condition! I looked everything over and all seemed well.

That was until I noticed this noise coming from what seems like the front driver side of the car. Its a loud grinding?scraping sound that makes the whole car vibrate. However, this ONLY happens when I accelerate QUICKLY from a COMPLETE STOP. I usually avoid this sound by accelerating slower.

Besides this, the car runs very smoothly and there are no other issues/noises at any other speeds. No sounds when I accelerate if the car is already moving nor when slowing down

I was suspecting that maybe the used car dealership changed the transmission fluid and used non-honda brand CVT fluid or ATF instead of Honda CVT fluid. Could this be the problem ? I do have Honda CVT fluid in hand and plan on changing it soon.
