I and the driver (who broke her hand) sought lawyers to go after her insurance. I was hurt because I was just about to get off the bus when she crashed into us, I went through therapy for 4mths, I was released in Jan. now my lawyer is sending a letter of demand to her insurance. how long do this process typically take? and does he ask for the driver's insurance limit for a settlement?
