Your engine likely has a rev limiter to stop it from over rev'ing, as long as you do not down shift at too high of a speed with a manual shift. For example my past and current cars with manual shift I think have a red line about 6600 rpm or so and if either gets up to 7000 rpm they simply do not go any faster. My current summer car is a MazdaSpeed3 turbo 6-speed manual.

And if you have an automatic transmission, that probably will not let you over rev it when it gear (it would either up shift or not down shift even if using a manual mode).

Question: When i make a hard turn left or right. my car wobbles feel as if the tires are about to come off. what could this b?
