And it woudnt be a dodge.<p>Insurance would kill you as would a motor or transmission and either could reasonably go out at any time.</p><p>I imagine I could find a number of 130-150k mile subcompact imports for $3500-4500. Any of which would be a better option. And cheaper on insurance.</p><p>And I sure wouldn't be buying from a dealer. They add no value to the car but add $1000 or so to the price. You cant assume they are telling you the truth.<p>You were free to check it. An open recall takes 5 minutes to call & check on. And they are FREE repairs so it wouldn't have cost you a dime.</p><p>You don't have a case whatsoever. Maybe the car is still under warranty though ?
