Cars & Transportation: Commuting: “Question: Do you like when people are tailgating you?” plus 3 more

Question: Do you like when people are tailgating you?

Idiots want to have a collision, road rage, physical attacks. Fox carries a .45 and want to kill back.
I do not want to sit on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck. I do not want to fight. I just want to go where I am going. I do not like being tailgated, so I simply pull over to the side and let them pass.

Question: " Am I bad? "
Answer: No. You are not bad. You are stupid.

Question: How many days will it take to drive from Norwalk, CT to Los Angeles, CA?

Distance: 2830 miles -- via Interstates, mostly on either I-40 or I-80 (Winter you can expect snow on I-80)
Time: 40 hours @ 70+ mph. 44 hours @ 64+ mph. 38 hours @ 74+ mph.
The above time is "windshield time" -- time actually on the road. You must some stops, at least fuel.
If you refuse to pay the tolls, you will 50-100 miles out of the way and take 2-3 hours longer.

If you are young and stupid ( I know, redundant) you can do it less than 48 hours, including fuel stops and sleeping/eating in the car.
If you are older, keeping the speed down to get better fuel mileage, eating in restaurants with waitresses, sleeping in reasonable hotel/motels -- five to six days.

Question: What does "in transit" mean with UPS?
