Posted: 17 Aug 2015 12:51 PM PDT You didn't sign a "Contract". You signed a bill of sale, and it really doesn't matter anyway. ALL sales of used vehicles and equipment is "As Is" unless there is a SPECIFIC STATEMENT in the sales contract that offers some sort of guarantee. Since you didn't get a written guarantee, you're pretty much on your own. Next time, get it inspected BEFORE you pay for it. |
