Question: My father would like to give me his truck however, we are having difficulty switching the title over due to child support cases.?

Your father doesn't owe child support TO you - he owes it to your mother.

More accurately - he owes it to the state (assuming the child support was set up properly).

Your best bet would be to simply keep the truck in his name - and add you to the insurance.

Question: Do I need voe for road test retake? Texas?

The classrooms are closed for the summer, not the school board. The school board operates all year round, and can provide you with copies of any documents you need.

I know, I understand. When I was your age, I thought all the teachers and admin staff slept in their coffins all summer long too. But the fact is (for the administration staff) summer is one of their busiest times. Contact your school board, tell them what you need, and they ll tell you where you can pick it up.

Question: Will the dealership fix the recall on my car with a rebuilt title?

Posted: 18 Aug 2015 07:32 AM PDT

Yup, they will. Rebuilt branding isn't a problem at all, only a salvage branding is a problem.

Rebuilt means the vehicle was branded as salvage, but has since been fully repaired and has passed all required inspections and is now legally roadworthy by all definitions. Most vehicles branded as rebuilt are in better condition than they were before they were damaged. You won't have a problem with recalls and rebuilt vehicles.

Question: Got a flat in a rental from enterprise, didn t purchase additional coverage.?

Posted: 18 Aug 2015 07:24 AM PDT

Did you notify Enterprise of the damages? Not sure if you have to purchase road side assistance, since, guessing Enterprise would want the vehicle off the road to avoid further damages.

Do you have auto insurance? If so, then notify them of this accident. Your insurance should be primary, since you had this rental due to the fact your vehicle was being repaired from another accident, so this rental in effect becomes "your insured vehicle". But, if you do not have collision coverage on your own vehicle, then they can't pay.

So, if your insurance does not cover, then yes, you would be held liable to pay for the tire damages and towing etc.
