i bought a used car in CA The seller has to clear his loan before i can get the title but dmv wants me to report the purchase within 10 days?

It takes over 2 weeks for the car loan to be paid off and the title sent but dmv wants the buyer to report the purchase within 10 days How can this be accomplished?

First time doing this obviously so I am curious.

harassing me what's the Law's against this?

I'm not nor have I ever been even 30days behind at first I had one car thru them got a little behind thy never said anything I needed a 2nd ride went back to them from day one we miss a week or two thay call me all week after I've told them I can't pay till Friday I was letting them pull from my bank but thy hit me on Thursday morning I get a overdraft fees And thy knowed not to get it b4 Friday morning thy just peer *":#holes trying to get it refinance with someone else but in the mean time what's my rights

So I bought the saab 93 and when I checked the car fax for it i found it has structural damage ,what should i do ?

Should i just patiently wait to buy steam games i want when they go on sale or just get them at full price right away?

Basically what im asking is how often do games go on sale?? =3 thx!!!
