Install a pioneer stereo in a 1995 Toyota pickup?

I need help on how to install a stereo in my 95 toyota pick up.
Can someone tell me the steps on how to do it??

My Sirius trial just expired and I loved my Sirius radio!! Got username and password from a friend. Can I add it inside my car or would I HAVE to call? I have a newer car with touch screen and Sirius XM listed under source. Gotta have my Jason Ellis and would rather not use my phones app.
