Whats the point of open carry in PA when you cant open carry in your car without a permit?

I have been shooting guns for about 10 years and just got my permit to conceal carry but I was thinking just what good does open carry do anybody in PA if you cant get anywhere to open carry without using a car/bus for most people? I am 99% sure you need the permit to open carry in your car?

I am trying to become an Uber driver. I uploaded my documents and it said that my insurance was rejected for an incorrect name?

What does this mean? The insurance name? Both me and my mom are on the insurance card. Also, is there any contact number to talk to them? I cannot find anything online.

Just got a '92 Isuzu Rodeo has some minor issues as I would expect from something as old as it is.

1. All of the turn singles dont work, neither in the dash board or outside, BUT the hazard lights do work both outside and on the dash board. So I am guessing that the "Turn Single Switch" probably needs to be replaced, anyone know what vehicles are compatible that I might look for one in the scrap yard?

2. Check engine light is on, asked people at auto zone to check the code they said they couldnt for whatever reason, saw a video of someone checking the code by watching the flashes on a newer model by sticking a wire in something, I found a code sheet does anyone have a website I can check for instructions on how to get the check engine light to flash?
