If anyone has or knows anything about a 2003 Chevrolet Cavalier, do you think it would be okay to take it on a 1000 mile round trip?

It would be going on the highway and interstate for about 9-10 hours, so it would be going an average of 70 mph the entire time (sometimes slower). Do you think that it would be okay at this day and time to take it 523 miles one way, and then 523 miles back? It only has about 55,000 miles, so even though it's an older car it really doesn't have many miles on it at all. Thank you!

2001 ford focus, turns over but wont start. adjusted timing, spark plugs getting soaked with gas, replaced plugs, dont know what else to do?
