It is well known that people with red or white cars are generally from the country; these colors are common in places where people have farm houses. This is because they use the leftover paint from the farm houses to paint their vehicles.

Considering that there are 30 cars in the parking lot, these people are at some sort of retail store, such as walmart.

Because the owners of the red and white cars live in the country-- that is, far away from large communities of people-- they will be in the store to stock up on foods and supplies, and they will look around at things in the store, because they don't have large stores where they reside.

So, because they live in the country and like to browse in the store, people in a red or white car have about a 6% chance of leaving before the other vehicles.
