I have a fuel ex 9 (2014) and it has a press fit bb95 GXP bottom bracket. I have sram x7 (2x10) and want to go to a 1X10 aside from sram x01 is there any other crankset I can use that will fit my bb?

There are various vacuum servos which change where the air flows to, a link could be disconnected for the heater flap. Might be able to see them from under the dash on the passengers side, or behind the glove box if you want to remove that.

I have a 2013 vw jetta gli mk6 2.0t I want to have 4 mufflers so I get better looks and sound. Were could I find and exhaust system with 4 exhaust tips?

I don't think you have a 1/4 ton truck, I think it is a 1/2 ton.
A lot of work to convert it, you don't say if it a 4X4 or not or what the engine is, more than likely you'd be better of just putting a lift kit and rims/tires on it, especially a newer truck like that.
