Is a 2002 Volkswagen passat a good car?

Thinking of buying a 2002 Volkswagen passat with 90K miles for 3300 it was owned by a mechanic and had a lot of work put into it should I buy it ? Is it realiable ?

2000 ford ranger window rolls down but not up?

I have a 2000 ford ranger recently my passenger window stopped rolling up with either the drivers or passengers switch. It rolls down and the drivers window works fine. I took off the door panel and ran the motor straight to the battery and it rolled up and down fine. I thought maybe the switch but the switch for it on the drivers side doesn't work either but works for drivers window. I'm confused... anyone got answers?

Electronics randomly cut out while driving on a 84 Dodge.?

I drive an 84 dodge D150, recently I noticed all the electronics will occasionally go out and come back on while driving. Headlights, tail lights, radio etc. Everything will shut off and come back on except for ignition. The engine will stay running while everything else cuts out. What would be some possible causes for this?
