Why would anyone do that to screw with someone you dont know the person driving they could be working to provide for a family or to get funds to pay for important treatment might be fun for you to play with someones life personally I find it disgusting and clearly your immature ti even suggest such an action even if the question was has anyone else done it by asking that you clearly want to try ity advice dont unless they are causing danger to other road users

At a guess something has set the movement alarm off whilst you were away and the system is letting you know.
Check the hand book as you may have to either select to read report or to cancel it to clear the memory.
If you have a sensitivity adjustment try turning it down a notch

when a trucking company looks at your Motor vehicle report. or driving record. will they look at the public MVR or the court MVR?

i live in illinois but just in general because in the court record i have a lot of stuff and its bad, and public nothing within 3 years. so what should i do??
