| Question: Is a car able to tow another vehicle if needed? Posted: 19 Aug 2016 11:39 AM PDT I recently broke down a couple days ago and someone kindly pulled over and gave my car a tow off the highway by attaching chains to my car and their truck. I am getting a new vehicle and have a car picked out that I will get, but if someone needed a tow like I did, would I be able to help them out? Or would that be a huge mistake? |
| Posted: 19 Aug 2016 10:08 AM PDT Lily, Sorry, you are simply not eligible to rent a vehicle for the use of a license road test. All major rental agencies require that you be a full license holder at the time of signing the rental agreement. Additionally, no one can rent the vehicle for you, for only licensed drivers can be added as secondary drivers on the rental agreement. Please be aware, you can use any insured and registered automobile for your driving test. The automobile can be owner and insured by a parent, family member, friend, anybody. |
| Posted: 19 Aug 2016 10:06 AM PDT It would help them get very used to certain driving simulators and be able to predict the patterns in the program so that they may abuse the system. This would NOT help predict the future in actual driving situations, only in the computer program they became accustomed to. |

Although unless you live a very minimalist lifestyle, you'd need to rent a storage locker for all your possessions. You'd also find it very difficult to maintain a bank account or employment contract without a permanent address. |
