Question: Are Nissan Sentras good cars? Posted: 18 Aug 2016 01:54 PM PDT The Nissan Sentra is a good car but what matters most when buying a used car is the specific condition of said car. You've already researched the CARFAX report, and that's a good move. Next, call a Nissan dealership, or visit one and give the service department the VIN number. They should be able to pull up the service history. Lastly, if the car looks good, pay for a pre purchase inspection with a 3rd party Nissan tech or independent shop. You can also look up the consumer report reviews on the car which will give you some idea of what the buzz on the car was about when it first came out. The mileage is a smidge high for a 4 year old car so make sure you run the values via www.kbb.com, www.nadaaguides.com and www.clearbook.truecar.com to come up with an average so you can negotiate hard for the vehicle. No sense in over paying. |

Question: What kind of gas does a 2001 Mercedes Benz C Class C240 use? Posted: 18 Aug 2016 01:32 PM PDT It uses 91. Putting the cheaper gas in just means the ECU will adjust the motor and over a lot of time this is not optimal. However, this is also now a 15 year old car so chances are you aren't likely to do any noticeable damage to the engine as it doesn't have all that much life left in it anyway. Not without costly maintenance at least. If you are on a budget or have money concerns, a used Benz of any type is not the car for you. |
