Brother caught doing 110 in Florida (65mph zone)? Help?

So my dumb *** brother got caught going 110 in a 65 in West Palm Beach Florida. He was cited unlawful speed but not reckless driving and the cop wrote that it was on wet roads. He wasn't given a price because it was so high but he was given a court date for a month from now. The cop was an *** because my brother didn't pull over immediately (thought he was going for someone else) Should he get an attorney? What do you think the ticket will cost? Plead Guilty? Traffic School? Points? Should he apologize to the judge and cop in court? My parents are flipping out because they pay the insurance for our family as a whole? How high do you think it will skyrocket (We have nationwide) and my brothers car is a 2008 135i BMW.

Hello all, I'm a licensed driver living in NY state I've had my license since I was 18 I used to drive but it was always with my father. We got a second car which was a 2001 Nissan Sentra that car had a horrible problem with the break and gas pedal being way too close, one time while driving it I bumped into a pole. Of course I got yelled at etc, but ever since that day I feel as if I been scared to drive and I no longer feel comfortable driving with him. Recently I've been trying but I always find myself getting extremely nervous driving with him. I want to know if I still need him to practice or I can just practice alone or what?
