Car accident! Who's fault?

So I was on a right turn lane and there was a car going straight on the left side of me. He claims I was going straight and to be honest I'm not sure. We'll anyway he hit me with the back door on the right side.of his car And my damage is more on the front left side on top my left front tire. (Nothing on the front left bumper just on top of the front tire of the drivers seat. Nothing on the lower left bumper neither just on top of my front tire. Who's fault do you guys think it is? I'm trippin.

Question: Are highways really safer than city streets?

Generally yes.

Accidents usually happen at intersections. Idiots ignore stop signs and traffic lights.

On a freeway or motorway they dont have these. All the traffic is going in the same direction and at a similar speed. MUCH less chance of an accident.

Now when there is a crash on those roads, it's bad because of the speeds involved. But it's about 100X more likely that you will be caught up in a crash on a city street.

A bit like aircrat. Very unlikely that you will be in a plane crash, but it will make the national news if you are.

Question: What is the best way to deal with a pedestrian attempting to stage a vehicle accident?

Posted: 19 Sep 2014 07:19 PM PDT

i'd call the police. their are people like that here but not pedestrians just other drivers who intentionally break short to cause me to try and rear end them when they have plenty space and nothing infront of them because i can see through their window.

if she is constantly doing this just call the cops where i live this is common in many situations not just driving because people want to try and have a reason to sue you for money. for example my dog is vicious and people always try to pet him. this old lady tried touching him and he was growling at her ready to bite. we told her DON"T TOUCH HIM! he will bite you. the lady insists on touching him and he bites her. she tried to make a huge scene that she was going to sue us because our dog bit her this and that. this is a public dog park theirs lots of people that saw what happened and seen us warn her. she would of lost in the end.

people get VERY desperate for money.
