What happens if I press the onstar button after I cancel it?

Say there is a emergency after I cancel my subscription. If I press the button in my car and there is a emergency what happens?

Can I ask them to stop parking here?

These people moved in a few months ago and park one of their cars too close to a stop sign so in order to stop at the stop sign, I have to drive on the wrong side of the road. It pisses me off like no other. Also, they park on the side of my house with a different car so the street is much narrower. We live in a higher class neighborhood and I believe they are the kids or friends, but they have the side of their own house tucked away into a dead end. I just want them to park there or even in their own damn driveway.

What do my driving dreams mean?

I've had a few driving dreams and I don't get any of them. In one I was in the back seat of the car and my mom was driving then somehow she vanished and the car was rolling down the hill. I crawled up to the front seat to steer it and break. Somehow I managed to go down the hill then down the side I should have gone up. Then there was a straight stretch of road that was really wide with random red cars that I had to maneuver through. Then I got turned around and the red cars were all in a row with this person in an elephant costume dancing across them. I think that I looked at the dashboard sometimes and I saw only the steering wheel and I don't know about the pedals.
I had another one recently. My friend was driving the car and i was in the backseat with another friend. The friend driving kept on looking back at me while driving with one hand on the wheel and I kept on say "We're gonna crash!" or "Look at the road!". Somehow even though the road was curved the driver managed to never go off the road or even out of the lane and the driver also never hit anyone. Then that just repeated over and over again.

When I started driving Honda didn't make cars for the American market, only motorcycles. We had this 1964 Dodge that had been a New York taxicab, though....

I just took the behind the wheel test today and passed. If he is going to turn right on a red light, he needs to make a COMPLETE stop behind the line. Then he checks for Pedestrians, other vehicles and bicycles and if there are no signs that say wrong way, or say not to turn right on a red light, and the coast is clear, he can then make is right turn safely.
