On the fastest service, the South West Trains service to London Waterloo it is about 90 minutes (slower on Sundays)

There are only a few AUTO trains. That you can take your car.

At the other stations you park your car and just ride the train.
Yes like booking on the Airlines.
They also have something called a Human that answers the phone. They are nice and can help Newbies book their tickets.
