Car issues related?

Hi. 2004 Dodge Stratus SXT. Last year, wouldnt start one day just clicked. Dodge dealer service told me it was a fuse box, that they didnt make them anymore, and that they could find one online but with no warranty. I had no choice I use my car for a living so $900 later my cars running again. Last week I noticed that my air blower didnt come on when manual controls were used, on any setting hi or low. Then the next day I noticed that my horn is really weak sounding. I didnt check the fuses yet (tommorows my day off) but when my dad went to borrow my car today it wouldnt try to start for him, just clicked like last year. Finally did start , now im scared when he goes to leave later, it wont start for him again. Also, last year an Autozone employee changed my battery terminal connector + (which was corroded and causing connectivity issues) with one that wasnt the same as the original one. Could any of these things be related/ a sign of anything? Thanks!
