lost boating citation help?

I had gotten 2 jet ski/boating citation and that same day I lost them both I think they flew out of my pocket on my way back to the dock. I checked the clerk website to see if the ticket was imputed into the system but it hasn't. Is there a way I can find it on a website or call someone about it I don't want to pass the allotted time to pay for it?

I want to be a boat motor mechanic, I live in Vancouver and Can not find out where I can go to school for this here.?

Don't search the and post a random answer based on something you found, I've already done that, anyone can do that. Answer if you have personally gone to school for this in Vancouver, Know someone who has, or know first hand somehow where I can go.

The thing you did wrong was not use a primer. With Fiber Glass you can either sand or use an etch primer.
I would contact the maker and ask what they recommend as a primer
