i don't know why i'm having such trouble perpendicular parking, can anyone give me tips on when to turn?

do i turn before the yellow line or?
do i turn slowly or should i turn sharply?

i had it down before but when i started getting how to drive, i totally forgot how to park
i think its nervous energy. i need to get perpendicular parking down so i can practice parallel parking then the 3 point turn...
after that i think i would be fine, i'm an ok driver right now

You're just fine. Unless they got you on a traffic camera, then you might have a case of public nudity on your hands. Other than that no problems.

He should turn himself in as soon as possible. If they figure it out first, he will get "spanked" fairly hard for leaving the scene, if there were injuries, it may be a felony. Again, if he turns himself in asap and says he just freaked he may not have to be punished too much.
