1999 dodge neon hard to start..?

So my 1999 dodge neon has 160,000 miles on it and sometimes I will go out and start it and it will take about 20 seconds to turn over or sometimes I will have to start it again and again and again. Idk what the problem is, this just started happening a few months ago.

Running high???? Never heard of a transmission running high and there is no such thing. Maybe not shifting into a high gear. Get it repaired at a cost of between about $200 to about $3,000 depending on the problem.
