Question: Interior LED lights? Posted: 24 Oct 2014 09:15 AM PDT In Nebraska, this is covered under Chapter 60 of the Statutes. It states in 60-6,230 that a flashing or rotating light of any description is unlawful to use while on a highway. It also states that "Except for stop lights and directional signals, which may be red, yellow, or amber, no person shall display any color of light other than red on the rear of any motor vehicle or any equipment of any kind on any highway within this state." Note that it makes no mention of using it while on any road not designated as a highway. Solid color modes are fine as long as they are not mounted on the exterior of the vehicle. |
