Two hours with no border wait times would get you to about London, Ontario (about 200km away). Of course, depending upon the time of day, you could easily be still sitting in a line at the border crossing.

Question: A radio station's signal has a radius of 100 miles. if you drive at a constant speed of 40 miles an hour, nonstop, directly across the?

Depends where you start from.....

The diameter of a circle is twice the radius, so from one side of the circle to the other is 200 miles.

Surely you can work out how long it takes to drive 200 miles at 40 mph?
