fake drivers licenses?

I work For a buy here pay here car lot and also we do bank financing, well I had a customer with some concerns about their derivers licenses, but the bank already approved them they already have the car however the bank was still waiting on them to submit it, so last Friday they came in with a paper copy from the dmv, and I turned it in but now im thinking it was not real just because they had excuses like "i have warrants so I cant go get a new licenses" so im like how did you just go get one, if it is a fake what will the financing company do? Will that fall back on my job? or effect my car lot?

Question: Questions about the DMV?

Do they ask for you medical records or check your medical history? I don't want them to ask me for this because I do have heart problems but nothing that prevents me from driving.

I plan to get license next year and I don't want my doctor to give them records.

Question: Does car insurance have to reimburse the cost if rental car?

Does car insurance have to reimburse the cost if rental car?

A couple of weeks ago my car was hit by another car. I am with usaa and i filed a claim. It was decided that it was 100% the other drivers fault. I had to go get a quote for repairs and timeframe the repairs would take by a collision center that usaa partners with. They estimated that it would all be done in 2 days. My insurance paid for the repairs and got the the total amount back from Fred Loya insurance, which the other driver has a policy with. I was told by Fred Loya insurance that they would also cover 50% of the rental car costs. I ended up having the car repaired in a more convenient and mire reputable service center and the repairs took 1 week. I got a rental car and the total cost was just under $350. I turned the receipt for that amount in with Fred Loya, thinking that I would get $150 back from them. Then i heard nothing for weeks. So i went to their local office and asked about my 50% reimbursement. I was told that the service center had no invoices for the parts they had to order for my car anymore and therefore could not justify the 1 week repair time. I was offered a check for $28. This accident was not my fault and the adjuster never said anything about only covering the cost of the car for the time quoted on the estimate before the repairs. Is there anything i can do now to get the promised 50% reimbursement back? Thank you for answers.

Question: When changing states, is it possible to transfer license/registration to your new state or is it basically you have to apply for new ones?

When you move no matter where, unfortunately you have to purchase new title and plates for that state. I am not sure as to the reasoning behind this but I will say one good reason to title in your current state is if you misplace the current one you don't have to go to previous state to replace. I am a motor vehicle/dmv employee so it is legit information

Question: How can I get my tags on my car?

It is normal to pay tax, title and registration fee, and sometimes even a dealer fee when you buy a car. The state will get their tax whether or not you think you should have to pay it, and the dealer has already told you he won't give you full ownership (the title) until you pay it, so it's obvious he doesn't plan to do it. Your choice.
