The time between the departure scan in Dallas and the arrival scan in New York is considered "in transit".  |

They need it more than city people do because nothing is in walking distance, HAVING to drive SUCKS. We need some freaking buses to take us to town! Not all kids can rely on their parents by the way. Kids can't walk to a friends house if its 10 miles away, and if you need milk or so etching the store is a long ways away. Where's are f**king public transportation?! |
