Why is my vaccuum cleaner not working?

Well for one, there's no filter...but I use to be able to vaccuum without one but now it's barely working...the hose works fine but my vaccuum itself won't pick up. Is it the filter or what ?

Hi i have a very annoying problem with my 2011 cadillac CTS. So recently, my passenger side audio started to act up and now it just doesn't work. Only the driver side works at the moment. The problem happened when i drove over a pothole, then to find out the passenger side audio turned off while only the drivers side was still working. And now, i have to drive over another pot hole just for it to turn back on. But most of the time, it wont even turn back on. Im guessing its the wiring or the electrical problem to it and was wondering if anyone have experienced same problem or is there anything i can do? I bought this car used almost 4 months ago with 20,300 miles on the odometer. Fairly new so idk wat the problem is??

What does a rebuilt title mean?

I am looking for a car and I came across a 2004 Dodge Stratus RT with 70,000 miles on the odo. The title says rebuilt. What does that mean? Was a engine rebuilt or another part of the car? Is this bad that it has a rebuilt title and it only has 70k miles on it? Thanks!

Okay so when I go to take a hit of my e cig I press the button and get nothing then let go and the light blinks and then stays on?

And forgot when I do go to take a hit the light does come on and I've tried charging it and everything. How do I fix it
