Did anyone ever feel as if the cars in their side mirrors were moving even though they weren't? (I was parked at a red-light.)?

OnStar costs $20 per month or $240 per year. You can buy a Garmin portable GPS unit for half the price and still get turn-by-turn navigation. And you can still use ON-Star to call for help in an emergency even if you don't have a subscription.

Is there anyone that has a moving violation and or non moving violation like non insurance or speeding within the three year and still got to work for uber I have no felony or misdemeanor but have one moving violation one nonmoving violation like 1yr and a half ago hoping I can qualify still.
