Silverado wit stock radio with Bose I have connected with a cassette with headphone jack when I max out phone volume the speaker start to have distortion do I have to change the speakers or radio becuz I'm plannin to put some 15s on it and I'm afraid it's going to blow up.

Hi this practice is not recommended to be honest. as you don't mention the current each needs or the voltage they usually work at this would be what would need to be considered.
