heated seats not working?

I have a 00 jeep grand Cherokee Laredo 6cyl. Both of my seats are not heating up, the led lights don't work. I read a lot abt testing with meter(ohm). But there are so many wires, etc... So is there some way someone can give me a little help. Thanks.

Do you really need a knife? Can't you just push the windows in or poke a whole in them with your finger?

Each state has different laws regarding this issue. Most of the time, once you take physical delivery and sign all the paperwork, the deal is irrevocable unless you can prove fraud or gross misrepresentation. Find out which organization regulates car dealers in your state (for some it's the DMV, for others the Attorney General's office) and contact them. Good luck.
