Posted: 29 Oct 2014 07:44 AM PDT MY INSURANCE policy, rental coverage is for while they repair,...( an optional coverage clause ) If your car is TOTALED OUT, they pay off, and they are done with it,............they don't rent you a car till you find one to buy  |
| Posted: 29 Oct 2014 07:17 AM PDT I received a copy of complaint from auto accident that occurred a year ago. Insurance won't cover accident because i wasn't on policy.? I was driving my girlfriends car and got into a minor accident a year ago. I rear ended the car and caused minor damage to the driver's bumper. I thought my girlfriend's insurance would handle it but its not. I have received a copy of the driver's complaint which is for personal injury. After the accident, he stood out next to his car while police arrived. He seemed fine. Nothing was done for the damages to the driver's car. Any advice?? |

Hi, I have a GA drivers license that recently expired in Sept 2014. I have been out of the country for 2 yrs (i.e. moved out in 2012). Now I am moving back to US and will be relocating to NJ. My question is can I renew my existing expired license or I have to take a new NJ license ? Do I need to give the driving test all over again ? Appreciate your help. Thanks |
