Question: Extended Warranties? Posted: 20 Nov 2015 08:37 PM PST Yes, you can & should cancel & get a pro-rata refund. However, it wont change your payments. The money refunded will go toward your payoff. Don't call the dealer, they aren't eager to have their profit clawed back, call the warranty company. |

Question: Have you ever had buyers regret about a car you bought? Posted: 20 Nov 2015 05:43 PM PST Why are you so willing to take a "big financial hit" and lose money, money that you've worked hard for just because you regret one decision you made two years ago. Get over it. Learn to live with the choices you make. If the car runs, still meets your basic transportation needs and isn't costing you a fortune to operate than you'd be a fool to willingly throw away money for something like as a car. Don't you have more important things to do with your money than to give it away? |

Question: Rebuilt, Reconstructed and Salvaged car? Posted: 20 Nov 2015 03:03 PM PST Rebuilt, Reconstructed and Salvaged cars values are reduced by 35-50%. That's life. You can sell it on your own and probably get $1000 more. But you must disclose it to the buyer. Leasing is a really bad idea. Id keep the salvage car. Don't listen to the salesman. He doesn't care about you. Also, its unlikely you qualify to lease anyway. Leasing requires 4-5 years of very good credit and a good full time job with income of at least $2k per month. |
